A house that focuses on relaxing at home
The house is in the Magnolia project, opposite Na Jomtien Beach - Huai Yai, approximately 5.6 kilometers from the sea, so it is a house mainly for spending time with the pool and space in the house. The house states that it is a pool villa that has won the Best Design Award on the Eastern Seaboard.
Eid Shop (Thai Dessert) is about 120 meters away and Tropical Fruits Paradise is about 370 meters away.
Two pools, one slide
The main pool measures 5 × 8 meters and is 1.2 meters deep. The children's pool is 80 cm deep. Parents can sit and watch their children play within their sights. The 12 meter long slide can support a weight of 120 kilograms, so players should be advised to know this restriction before playing.
The house has 3 children's life jackets that you can borrow.
Five bedrooms, including a children's room.
Bedroom 1 has a 5-foot bed and a 3.5-foot bed. Bedroom 4 has a 6-foot bed and 3 more 3-foot beds. Bedroom 5 has 3 3-foot beds. Many people can sleep in groups.
Bedroom 2 is a children's room with 2 bunk beds. The bathroom is next to the room. The other rooms have their own bathrooms.
Singing songs, watching TV and drinking corners
Inside there are 2 smart TVs and a YouTube karaoke system. Use the sound in the house for unlimited time. Outside the house, sound can be used until 10:00 p.m.
Amenities provided include hair dryers, towels, shampoo, soap, tissues, garbage bags, and ice buckets are available.
Kitchen with grill
The kitchen has pots, pans, a rice cooker, a microwave, a toaster, a grill, and wine glasses, but no condiments. You must prepare it yourself.
