A water park the kids never want to leave
Space Poolvilla Pattaya is across from Ban Amphur–Wat Yan Beach, 5.8 km from the sea, with a 4 × 9 m main pool and a 4 × 15 m kids' water park, with a swing in the water, a rocking horse and water sprayers.
Five children's life jackets help little ones play with peace of mind, and the house also has a jacuzzi for adults to unwind after a full day of looking after the kids.
A Party Room for adults
The Party Room has a smart TV and a karaoke set, including YouTube karaoke, while a large 8-ft pool table is set up for team play.
There is an interesting exception to the noise rule: loud noise is not allowed after 22:00, but you may sing karaoke indoors after 22:00.
Six bedrooms, and bathrooms to share
The house has 6 bedrooms but 4 bathrooms in total. Bedrooms 1 and 6 are en suite, bedroom 2 has a bathroom outside the room inside the house, bedroom 3 shares with bedroom 4, and bedroom 5 shares with bedroom 2.
Groups sleeping in shared-bathroom rooms should agree on a showering order from the start, so mornings do not get backed up.
Extras and amenities
Check-in extras are 1 pack of drinking water, 1 bag of charcoal, 1 bag of ice and instant coffee according to the number of guests, along with towels for every guest, a hair dryer and a water heater.
The house has 3 smart TVs, so everyone can watch separately without fighting over the remote.
Kitchen and nearby places
The kitchen has pans, pots, plates, bowls, a microwave, an electric kettle, a refrigerator, a mortar and pestle, chopping boards and knives, plus a 100-litre ice bucket. Please bring your own seasonings.
