The house is opposite Jomtien Beach, 8.9 km from the sea, so it focuses on relaxing at the villa rather than going to the beach. The Chill. Fish park and restaurant is about 150 metres away, a 7-Eleven is about 250 metres away, Talat Mae La-or is about 950 metres away, and Pattaya City Park is about 1.3 kilometres away.

Pool and slide
The swimming pool measures 7.20 × 3.50 metres and is 130 cm deep, with a slide that supports roughly 80–100 kg. Anyone heavier than this should refrain from using it.
The pool is longer than it is wide, ideal for swimming in a straight line or for the kids to take turns playing.
Three bedrooms, and extra beds
Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 each have one 6-foot bed with an en-suite bathroom. There are 2 extra 3-foot beds, and 1 separate bathroom.
Every bedroom has a TV and 1 hair dryer, so guests do not have to compete for equipment.
Karaoke, pool table and noise
The karaoke runs through YouTube, and the house has a pool table. Outdoor sound may be used until 22:00, while indoor sound may be used all night.
This suits groups who want to move the party indoors after 22:00.
Kitchen and amenities
The kitchen is fully equipped, except for a blender and a toaster, and has a 160-litre ice bucket. There are no seasonings, so please bring your own.
