A villa for staying in and playing all day
The villa is near Khao Phra Tamnak–Thep Prasit Beach, but 3.5 kilometers from the sea, so it isn't for anyone planning to walk down to the beach every morning. Its selling point is 381 sq m of usable space, wide enough for a large group to split up into different activities.
Nearby are Kids ATV's, about 217 meters away, and FamilyMart, about 286 meters away, for popping out to pick up little things.
A pool and a 5-meter slide
The swimming pool area is 31 sq m and 1.2 meters (120 cm) deep, with a 5-meter slide. This depth suits teenagers and adults better than small children, so parents should keep a close eye on them.
A toaster, coffee maker and electric kettle in the kitchen make breakfast after waking up simple but comfortable.
A KTV room and smart TVs everywhere
Inside is 1 entertainment (KTV) room with YouTube-based karaoke and a ready-made program, so anyone who loves to sing has a space of their own.
There are smart TVs in 6 rooms in all, so anyone who wants to watch a movie or series apart from the group can do so. Water heaters and hair dryers are in every room.
Five colorful bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom
The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms and the 3rd floor has 3 bedrooms. Each room has one 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom. The bedroom colors are 2 purple rooms, 2 orange rooms and 1 green room.
Bedrooms 1 and 3 have toys for children, and there is 1 shared bathroom as well, so the house suits families bringing their kids.
Good to know before you come
Up to 3 children under 10 years old stay free. Outdoor sound is allowed until 22:00, while indoor sound is allowed all night. Parking inside fits 1 car and outside fits 4 cars, and a bus can park.
As for pets, the villa does not accept pets under any circumstances, and the kitchen has no seasonings, so you'll need to bring your own.
