Close to the beach, with shops all around within walking distance

The villa's first highlight is its distance from the sea, just 200 meters. Whether you want a morning stroll along the beach or to pop back for a midday rest, you can do it without getting in a car.

Essentials are close by. The Sochi restaurant is about 213 meters away, Tops Daily about 260 meters and FamilyMart about 267 meters, while VIP Villas Pattaya Adare-3 Jomtien Beach is about 328 meters away, so it's easy to pick up extra supplies between meals.

A pool and slide for large groups

The swimming pool measures 3 × 5 meters and is 110 cm deep, with a chlorine system. It is more compact than at many large-group villas, so a group arriving close to full capacity should take turns in the pool.

The villa has a slide for children and adults who love a bit of fun, and for those who'd rather sit back, there's a barbecue grill where you can gather beside the pool.

Five bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom

The villa has 5 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, which means no queuing in the morning. There are 2 rooms on the 1st floor and 3 rooms on the 2nd floor.

Bedrooms 1 and 5 each have one 6-foot bed. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have one 6-foot bed and one 3-foot bed. Bedroom 4 has one 6-foot bed and one 5-foot bed. It's easy to arrange sleeping places by bed, for families and groups of friends alike.

Karaoke, pool table and a barbecue kitchen

Inside the villa are karaoke and a pool table, perfect for evenings when you'd rather gather indoors. The kitchen has plates, bowls, drinking glasses, an electric stove, a microwave oven and an electric kettle.

There is a BBQ grill and an ice bucket for dinner beside the pool. Free Wi-Fi, water heaters, bath towels and hair dryers are also provided.

Bring your dogs and cats along

The villa welcomes small and medium pets at 500 baht per pet per night. If you'd rather not leave your pets behind, bring them along to the seaside with you.

Parking in front of the villa fits 3 cars, so groups arriving in several cars should plan in advance how to share vehicles.
