Parking that works for big group trips
Travelling with a big group often runs into parking problems, but here you can park 2 cars inside and 20 outside, and buses can park too, so you can meet at the house without worrying about finding a space.
The house is on the side opposite Na Jomtien Beach-Huai Yai, 6.7 km from the sea, best for those who mainly plan to stay in the house.
4 × 8 m pool, 1.3 m deep
The pool is 4 m wide, 8 m long and 1.3 m deep, with a 3 m slide and 4 children's life jackets, giving parents peace of mind while the kids play in the water.
Children under 7 years old can stay free, up to 2 children, sharing a bed with their parents.
Four bedrooms, all en suite
Bedrooms 1 to 3 and the Master Bedroom are identical, each with 2 five-foot beds and an en-suite bathroom. Every bathroom has a water heater, so there is no queue for the shower in the morning.
There is also 1 separate bathroom in the living room for those relaxing in the common area.
Karaoke and sound
The common room has YouTube karaoke so everyone can take turns singing. Provided items include a hair dryer, towels, shampoo, soap, tissues and bin bags.
Sound is allowed outside the house until 22:00, and inside the house throughout the night.
Kitchen and check-in day extras
The kitchen has pots, pans, plates, bowls, cutlery, glasses, chopping boards, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a microwave, a toaster, an ice bucket, a barbecue grill, wine glasses and charcoal tongs, but no seasonings, so please bring your own.
On check-in day, 1 bag of ice and 1 bag of charcoal are included as a bonus.
Shopping close to the house
CJ More Huai Yai branch is about 440 m away, Chak Ngaeo Market about 450 m, TESCO Lotus Express about 480 m and Thanadon (rice porridge) about 550 m. Paragon Park is about 460 m away.
