Hill&Sea Pool Villa: Parking for 6 buses, an adult pool and a kids' pool

A six-bedroom house in the Bang Saray area for groups of 20–30 guests. The fenced grounds can park more than 10 cars and 6 large buses, there is a 6 × 10 meter adult pool alongside a kids' pool, pets of all sizes are welcome, and Bang Saray Market is only about 333 meters away.

Arrive in a convoy and still park inside the gate

This house's highlight is its parking: the fenced grounds hold more than 10 cars and 6 large buses, so company outings or groups on chartered buses don't need to scatter their vehicles outside.

Once inside, there is a 6 × 10 meter adult pool and a 3 × 6 meter kids' pool, with 3 children's and 3 adult life jackets.

Beds of many sizes across six rooms

Bedroom 2 fits several people, with two 6-foot beds and two 3-foot beds. Bedroom 5 has one each of 6-foot, 5-foot and 3-foot beds. Bedroom 1 has a 6-foot and a 5-foot bed, bedroom 3 has a 5-foot and a 3-foot bed, and bedrooms 4 and 6 have one bed each.

Every shower room has a water heater, and the house provides hair dryers, towels, shampoo, soap, toilet rolls and garbage bags. Stays of 2 nights or more come with free cleaning.

A kitchen ready for Thai barbecue and shabu

The kitchen has pots, pans, a mortar and pestle, a blender, an air fryer, a toaster, a steamer, wine glasses and an electric pan for shabu or Thai barbecue, plus a 100-liter ice bucket, but you need to bring your own seasonings.

In the middle of the house, by the karaoke room, there is a TV with an Android Box for singing via YouTube Premium, and a 3.5 × 7 pool table. Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00, with no limit indoors.

Baan Talad Bang Saray is about 333 meters away, Holland Grill Bang Saray about 205 meters, and a 7-Eleven about 790 meters. The house is about 1.2 km from the sea.

The house gives you 2 bags of ice and 2 bags of charcoal. If that's not enough, you can order more until 6 p.m. (18:00): ice is 60 baht per bag, charcoal 40 baht per bag and drinking water 50 baht per pack.
