The second sibling of Sun&Zone, grown bigger for larger groups. It has five bedrooms with a smart TV in every one, a pool with a spiral slide plus a kids' pool, water and electricity included in the rate, and shops only about 300 m away.

Five bedrooms for 18–21 guests
Sun&Zone Pool Villa 2 sits opposite Na Jomtien Beach-Huai Yai, 4.5 km from the sea. The house has 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, welcomes 18–21 guests, and stands on 60 sq. wah of land.
Je Ple Yoso Sakthong restaurant is about 290 m away, the Chai Si shop in front of 7-Eleven about 330 m, and Mini Big C about 360 m, making shopping easy.
Pool, spiral slide and kids' pool
The swimming pool measures 3.10 × 6.80 m and has a spiral slide 2 m high with a weight limit of 100–150 kg. We recommend going down one person at a time.
The kids' pool measures 1.50 × 1.50 m and is about 50 cm deep. There are 2 children's life jackets and 1 adult life jacket.
Varied bedrooms on the ground and upper floors
Bedroom 1 (ground floor) has 1 five-foot bed. Bedroom 2 (first floor) has 1 six-foot bed. Bedroom 3 (first floor) has 2 five-foot beds. Bedroom 4 (first floor) has five-foot bunk beds sleeping 4, ideal for children or teenagers. All four rooms have en-suite bathrooms.
Smart TVs are in all 5 bedrooms, plus 1 in the living room. Every room has a water heater.
Karaoke and living room
YouTube karaoke is ready for evenings when the whole group wants to sing. Sound is allowed outside the house until 23:00, and inside the house at all times.
A hair dryer, towels, shampoo, soap, tissues and bin bags are provided, and water and electricity are included.
A kitchen with a moo kratha grill
The kitchen has pots, pans, plates, bowls, cutlery, glasses, chopping boards, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a microwave, a steamer, a barbecue grill, an oven, a moo kratha (Thai barbecue-hotpot) grill, wine glasses and an electric pan.
A 100-litre ice bucket and a large cooler are provided. No seasonings are provided, so please bring your own.

- AfternoonCheck in at 14:00. The kids head to the kids' pool while the adults try the spiral slide one at a time.
- EveningOrder charcoal and ice from the housekeeper at check-in, then set up a moo kratha feast.
