Ventis Villa sits opposite Jomtien Beach, 4.3 kilometres from the sea. It has 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms and sleeps 16–25 guests, and if you're relaxed about bedding, up to 25 guests.

Nearby are Central Park 4/2 about 330 m away, 7-Eleven about 390 m, Lotus's Express about 400 m and Primo Market about 440 m.

5 × 10 m pool and 17 m slide

The 5 × 10 m swimming pool slopes from 120 to 140 cm deep and has a 17 m slide.

The villa has 2 adult and 2 children's life jackets.

Bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms

Bedroom 1 has one 6-ft bed and one 6-ft bunk bed. Bedrooms 2, 3, 5 and 6 each have one 5-ft bed. Bedroom 4 has one 6-ft bed. Every room has an en-suite bathroom, and bedrooms 5 and 6 are on the pool side.

Every bathroom has a hair dryer. There are water heaters, towels and an iron.

Party room: snooker, techno lighting and smoke

The villa has a 4 × 8 m snooker table, YouTube karaoke, a full techno lighting system and a smoke machine for parties.

Outdoor sound is allowed until 22:00. After 22:00, sound is allowed indoors only.

Kitchen and what to know before your stay

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, chopping boards, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a blender, a microwave, a steamer, an ice bucket, a barbecue grill and wine glasses, along with a 100-litre ice bucket.

Charcoal and ice can be bought until 20:00. All children aged 7 or under stay free.
