The house has YouTube-based karaoke, a pool table and 1 TV in the living room. Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00 and indoor noise until midnight.

6 bedrooms
Bedroom 1 has two 6-ft beds, sleeping 4 guests, with an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has two 5-ft beds, sleeping 4 guests, with an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 3, 4 and 6 each have two 5-ft beds, sleeping 4 guests.
Bedroom 5 has one 5-ft bed and one 3.5-ft bed, sleeping 3 guests. Every room has a water heater, and there are a hair dryer, towels, shampoo, soap, tissues and rubbish bags.
Kitchen and refrigerator
The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, glasses, chopping boards, knives, a rice cooker, a stone mortar, a papaya salad mortar, a microwave, an air fryer, a toaster, a steamer, a grill and wine glasses. There is also a fridge for fresh food.
The house asks guests to bring their own seasonings.
