The villa is 7.1 kilometers from the sea, so it suits groups who plan to stay at the villa rather than head to the beach. Within walking distance are a sit-down restaurant about 162 meters away, Mae La-or Market about 385 meters away and a Mini Big C about 553 meters away.

The Honeymoon room and the other bedrooms
Bedroom 1, on the ground floor, is the Honeymoon room, with one 6-foot queen bed for 2 guests, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and a pool view (Pool View).
Bedroom 2, upstairs at the back, sleeps 2 guests and has an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3, upstairs at the back, has two 3-foot single beds and sleeps 4 guests. Bedroom 4 is upstairs at the front and is a large room.

The swimming pool measures 3 × 6 meters, with 2 children's life jackets. Its size suits relaxed splashing around better than swimming laps.

The shared living room has 1 smart TV and YouTube-based karaoke. The villa has a pool table, 1 large 200-liter ice bucket, and a water heater in every bathroom.
The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a microwave and a grill, but no seasonings, so you'll need to bring your own.
