Bedroom 1 on the ground floor is the Honeymoon room, with one 6-foot queen bed for 2 guests, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and a view of the pool (Pool View). Upstairs there are two rooms at the back: one sleeps 2 guests with an en-suite bathroom, and the other has two 3-foot single beds, sleeping 4 guests.

Bedroom 4 is upstairs at the front, and the house describes it as a large room, so anyone who wants a spacious room can choose this one.

Pool and grounds

The pool measures 3 × 6 metres, just right for a medium-sized group. The house provides 2 children's life jackets, which gives parents with small children more peace of mind, but children should never be left alone.

The house is opposite Jomtien Beach, 7.1 kilometres from the sea. This trip focuses on playing in the water at the villa.

Living room and entertainment

The shared living room has 1 smart TV and karaoke through YouTube. The ground-floor bedroom and the living room share 1 bathroom.

Outdoor sound may be used until 22:00, while indoor sound is unlimited, but please close the doors tightly.

Kitchen and amenities provided

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, glasses, a chopping board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a microwave, an ice bucket and a barbecue grill, plus a large 200-litre ice bucket.

Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, shampoo, soap, tissues and rubbish bags, and every bathroom has a water heater.

The estate's shared parking lot

In front of the house is the estate's parking lot, which fits 30–40 cars and can take buses, so it suits groups travelling in many cars or renting a bus for the whole party. The Nang Ran restaurant is about 160 metres away, and Talat Mae La-or is about 385 metres away.
