Villa Pool Lay Z3 is a four-bedroom villa designed with both a ground-floor Honeymoon room overlooking the pool and upstairs rooms for larger groups. It suits groups of twelve to fourteen guests who want to stay in an estate, with restaurants and a market close by.

Ground-floor Honeymoon room
Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor, a Honeymoon room with one 6-foot queen-size bed for 2 guests. The en-suite bathroom has a bathtub, and the room overlooks the pool (Pool View).
The villa has 4 bedrooms in all. Bedroom 2, upstairs at the back, sleeps 2 guests. Bedroom 3, upstairs at the back, has two 3-foot single beds and sleeps 4 guests. Bedroom 4, upstairs at the front, is a large room.
A 3 × 6 metre pool
The swimming pool measures 3 × 6 metres, suited to soaking and gentle splashing for small to medium groups. The villa provides 2 children's life jackets.
The villa is about 7.1 kilometres from the sea, on the side opposite Jomtien Beach, so the focus is on relaxing in the estate rather than going down to the sea.
Karaoke and pool table
Inside there is YouTube karaoke with 1 smart TV in the central living room, and a pool table for group activities.
Outdoor sound is allowed until 22:00, while indoor sound is unlimited. Please keep the doors tightly closed.
Kitchen and housekeeper service
The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, glasses, chopping boards, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a microwave, an ice bucket and a barbecue grill, but no seasonings, so please bring your own.
The villa provides 1 bag of ice (10 kilograms), 1 medium bag of charcoal, and free drinking water according to the number of guests. For stays of more than 1 night, there is cleaning, common-area rubbish collection and free drinking water refills.
Shops and parking
The restaurant Nang Ran is about 160 metres away, Mae La-or Market is about 400 metres, a Mini Big C about 550 metres, and Pattaya City Park about 800 metres.
The estate's parking area in front of the villa holds 30–40 cars and can take buses, so it suits groups arriving in several vehicles.
