The house states that the houses coded DV3083–DV3086 are the same type, decorated identically in every house. If several families travel together, choosing neighbouring houses gives everyone the same room layout and facilities.

The house is opposite Jomtien Beach, 7.1 kilometres from the sea.

Four bedrooms, four bathrooms

The ground floor is the Honeymoon room, with one 6-foot queen bed for 2 guests, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and a view of the pool. Upstairs at the back, one room sleeps 2 guests and another has two 3-foot single beds, sleeping 4 guests, while the upstairs room at the front is bedroom 4.

The ground-floor bedroom and the living room share 1 bathroom.

Pool and children's life jackets

The pool measures 3 × 6 metres, with 2 children's life jackets. A pool of this size suits groups of friends or families who want to get in together in turns, rather than swimming long distances.

Entertainment corner and kitchen

The shared living room has 1 smart TV and karaoke through YouTube, and the kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, glasses, a chopping board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a microwave, an ice bucket and a barbecue grill.

Outdoor sound may be used until 22:00, while indoor sound is unlimited, but please close the doors tightly.
