Saltwater pool, jacuzzi and pool lights
Bunny Hills sits opposite Ban Amphur Beach-Wat Yan, 8 km from the sea. The swimming pool, with its Jacuzzi, is a saltwater system measuring 5 × 7 m, with a skimmer system, a depth of 1.3 m and colour-changing pool lights.
In the evening, soak in the jacuzzi and switch the pool lights to your favourite colour for a private atmosphere without going anywhere.
Kids' pool and 9 m slide
The 2 × 4 m kids' pool is separate from the main pool, while the 9 m slide lets older children and adults play together. The house has 2 children's life jackets.
The pool area can play music separately from the house through a purpose-built sound system, not an ordinary Bluetooth speaker, but outdoor sound hours still apply.
Five bedrooms, including a rooftop room
Ground floor: bedroom 1 has 1 six-foot bed with an en-suite bathroom and a bathtub. Bedroom 2 has 1 five-foot bed and a sofa bed with 2 mattresses. First floor: bedroom 3 has 1 six-foot bed, and bedroom 4 has 2 five-foot beds.
Bedroom 5 is in the rooftop area, with 1 five-foot bed and 1 3.5-foot bed. Every room has an en-suite bathroom, and the house has 7 bathrooms in total. Up to 4 extra guests can stay by sleeping on the sofas.
YouTube Premium karaoke and sound you should know about
The house has YouTube Premium and karaoke that searches for songs through YouTube, ideal for those who love to sing and dance. There is also a pool table, smart TVs in 5 rooms and 1 in the main hall.
Sound is allowed outdoors until 22:00, and indoors throughout the night. Children under 5 years old stay free, up to 5 guests.
Kitchen and ice machine
The kitchen has pots, pans, plates, bowls, cutlery, glasses, chopping boards, knives, a rice cooker, a stone mortar, a papaya salad mortar, a microwave, an oven, a toaster, a steamer, an ice bucket, a barbecue grill, wine glasses, beer glasses, coffee cups, a moo kratha (Thai barbecue-hotpot) grill and a shabu pot.
The house has an automatic coffee machine, an automatic ice machine that produces 80 kg a day with a 25 kg storage bin, and a Coway drinking water dispenser, free to use 24 hours a day.
