Morning Sea pool Villa 1: 3 × 7 m salt-water pool, Jacuzzi and an 85-inch TV entertainment room

A salt-water pool the whole group can enjoy

The villa's highlight is its private salt-water swimming pool, 3 × 7 m and 1.20 m deep, a depth that is comfortable for friends and family to splash around in, with no need to share the pool with anyone.

When you have had enough swimming, move straight on to the villa's Jacuzzi. And if you fancy a meal by the pool, the barbecue grill provided turns dinner into an activity for everyone.

85-inch TV, karaoke and a pool table

Inside the house is a big 85-inch TV connected to a JBL speaker karaoke setup with microphones, and it also supports karaoke through YouTube, so you can pick any songs you like.

If singing is not your thing, there is a pool table for friendly competition. Indoor sound may be played until 22:00, while outdoor sound is fine all night, as long as the doors are firmly closed.

Four bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom

All four bedrooms have 6-foot beds. The first two rooms have 2 beds each and the other two have 1 bed each. Every room has an en-suite bathroom with a water heater, a TV and its own balcony.

Na Kluea area, within walking distance of food

From the villa you can walk to Sichun Cuisine and Seafood in about 150 meters, Tops Daily (Na Kluea branch) at about 157 meters, and Dr. Somsak Children's Clinic at about 163 meters.

A short drive takes you to the Sanctuary of Truth, Terminal 21, Again Pattaya China Town, Runway Market and Space Hotel.

Kitchen and parking

The European-style kitchen has pans, pots, dishes, spoons, a chopping board, knives, a microwave, a toaster and a 60-liter ice bucket. Two cars can park inside the villa, with extra space in front of the house and covered parking in the project.
