A big pool for big groups

The swimming pool measures 8 × 6 metres and is 1–1.8 metres deep, wide enough for many people to get in at once. The varying depth lets adults swim while older children stay in the shallow end. We recommend that parents keep a close watch on small children.

The house is in the South Pattaya Beach area, but 2.6 kilometres from the sea, so it is a house for relaxing at the villa rather than walking down to the beach.

Six bedrooms across two floors

The ground floor has two rooms, each with one 5-foot bed. On the 2nd floor, the left side has a room with a 6-foot bed and a room with a 5-foot bed, and the right side has two more rooms with 5-foot beds. Every room has an en-suite bathroom, and there is also 1 separate bathroom.

Bedroom 4, on the 2nd floor left side, has a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, ideal for couples who want a quiet soak after a full day of activities.

Living room and karaoke

The living room has a TV and karaoke through YouTube, and 1 bedroom has a TV. Indoor sound may be used until midnight, making it a great corner for singing on after the outdoor session ends.

The house has a water heater and free drinking water from a large cooler tank. Water and electricity are included in the room rate.

Kitchen and extras

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, glasses, a chopping board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle and a microwave, plus a 120-litre ice bucket. The house includes 1 bag of charcoal and 1 bag of ice.

If you need more, ice is 35 baht per bag (9–10 kilograms), and a set of 3 bags of charcoal, alcohol fire starter and a lighter is 140 baht per set.

Within walking distance

From the front of the house, it is about 170 metres to a restaurant called Tee Din, about 190 metres to a 7-Eleven, and about 200 metres to Pan Pan pharmacy, so there is no need to worry if you forget something essential during your trip.
