A location where you can walk to food
Vela Villa is on Ban Amphur Beach, 300 m from the sea. Within walking distance are Wat Amparam at 134 m, Ban Chim Du restaurant at 161 m, the Night Market at 187 m, Tops Daily Na Jomtien branch at 204 m and Krungthai Bank at 223 m.
There is also Ban Amphur Health Station at 315 m and a PTT petrol station at 323 m, so groups staying several days can restock without driving far.
A 7 m wide pool and a 3.5 m slide
The pool measures 2.70 m long and 7 m wide with a sloping depth of 120–140 cm, and there is a 3.5 m slide.
There are 2 children's life jackets and 1 adult life jacket, so plan ahead if you are bringing several children.
5 bedrooms, every one en suite
Floor 1 has Bedroom 1 with a 6 ft bed. Floor 2 has Bedrooms 2 to 5. Bedroom 3 has both a 6 ft bed and a 5 ft bed, with a bathtub, and Bedroom 4 has 2 beds of 5 ft, also with a bathtub. Every room has an en-suite bathroom.
Bathroom 6 is on the ground floor near the karaoke room, a multipurpose bathroom where you can also shower, handy for those playing downstairs who do not want to go up to their rooms.
Karaoke, pool table, air hockey and table tennis
The ground floor has YouTube karaoke, a pool table, air hockey and table tennis. The only TV is on the ground floor, so it suits groups who want to play games together rather than watch TV in their rooms.
Outdoor sound is allowed until 22:00, after which sound is permitted indoors only.
Kitchen, and the terms to read before you book
The kitchen has pots, pans, a rice cooker, a microwave, a steamer, an ice bucket, a grill and wine glasses, but no seasonings, so please bring your own.
The house has an iron, a hair dryer in every bathroom and a water heater. The terms on cancellation, postponement and fines can be read in the notes below.

- Children under 2 years old stay free, with no limit on numbers.
- Beds and towels are provided for 16 guests. For guests 17–20, please bring your own, or an extra mattress and towels are available at 300 baht per person.
- Outdoor sound allowed until 22:00.
- After 22:00, sound is permitted indoors only. Noise beyond 22:00 carries a fine of 5,000 baht.
- Bookings cannot be cancelled and the deposit is non-refundable in any case.
- To postpone your dates, please notify us 15 days before arrival; otherwise a fine of 3,000 baht applies.
- Bookings made less than 14 days before arrival cannot be postponed in any case.
- Check-in before 14:00 is charged at 2,000 baht per hour (only on days with no guests staying).
- Check-out after 11:00 is charged at 2,000 baht per hour.
- Pets are not allowed in the pool.
- Pets are not allowed on the beds.
- No smoking inside the house (vaping is allowed).
- Parking for 2 cars inside the property and 2 cars outside; any additional cars park outside the project.
