This house is 300 m from the sea, and the owners say a private beach is about 200 m away. Inside are five bedrooms and six bathrooms, with room for 16–25 guests, but there are clear rules on noise and timing that are worth reading before you book.

Close to the sea and the shops around the house
Caléa Villa is on Ban Amphur Beach, 300 m from the sea. The owners say the private beach is 200 m away and Ban Amphur Beach is 1 km away. For a different beach, Jomtien Beach is 5 km away and Bang Saray Beach 7 km.
Around the house are Wat Amparam at about 130 m, Ban Chim Du restaurant at about 160 m, the Night Market at about 190 m, Tops Daily at about 200 m and Krungthai Bank at about 220 m.
A sloped pool
The pool measures 2.7 × 7 m with a sloping depth of 120–140 cm. The house has 2 children's life jackets and 1 adult life jacket.
The pool is fairly narrow, better suited to relaxed soaking and splashing than to swimming laps.
Five bedrooms, plus one shared bathroom
Floor 1 has Bedroom 1 with a 6 ft bed, and Floor 2 has four rooms. Bedroom 3 has a 6 ft bed and a 5 ft bed, while Bedrooms 4 and 5 each have 2 beds of 5 ft. Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and Bathroom 6 is a shared bathroom.
Living room and games at the house
The living room has 1 TV and YouTube karaoke. Supplied toiletries are soap, shampoo, a hair dryer, towels, tissues and rubbish bags.
Outdoor sound is allowed until 22:00, after which sound is permitted indoors only.
Kitchen and rubbish
The kitchen has pots, pans, a steamer, a microwave, a grill, wine glasses and a 5-litre ice bucket, but no seasonings, so bring your own.
At check-out, washing the dishes yourself is free of charge. Please notify the house in good time, as service rates vary depending on when you tell them.

Good to know before you stay
- No seasonings provided, please bring your own.
- After 22:00, sound is permitted indoors only. Noise beyond 22:00 carries a fine of 5,000 baht.
- For stays of more than 1 night, a housekeeper cleans free of charge (please bag your rubbish neatly; washing dishes is not included. Rubbish collection or dishwashing on request costs 500–1,000 baht).
- If notified by 10:00, the service charge starts at 500–2,000 baht.
- If notified from 11:00 onwards, the service charge starts at 1,500–3,000 baht.
- Pets are not allowed in the pool.
- Pets are not allowed on the beds.
- No smoking inside the house (vaping is allowed).
- Dishwashing starts at 500–1,000 baht (free if you wash up yourself).
- Bookings cannot be cancelled and the deposit is non-refundable in any case.
- To postpone your dates, please notify us 15 days before arrival; otherwise a fine of 3,000 baht applies.
- Bookings made less than 14 days before arrival cannot be postponed in any case.
- Check-in before 14:00 is charged at 2,000 baht per hour (only on days with no guests staying).
- Check-out after 11:00 is charged at 2,000 baht per hour.
- Beds and towels are provided for 16 guests. For guests 17–20, please bring your own, or an extra mattress and towels are available at 300 baht per person.
