A neighbourhood where everything is within easy reach
Marea Villa is in Ban Amphur, 300 m from the sea. Wat Amparam is about 130 m away, Ban Chim Du restaurant about 160 m, and the Night Market about 190 m.
Tops Daily is about 200 m away, Krungthai Bank about 220 m, Ban Amphur Health Station about 300 m, and a PTT petrol station about 320 m, a real plus for families who worry about essentials.
A sloped pool and a slide
The pool measures 2.70 × 7 m with a sloping depth of 100–140 cm, and there is a 3.5 m slide, perfect for relaxed splashing about.
The house has 2 children's life jackets and 1 adult life jacket.
Five bedrooms, six bathrooms
Floor 1 has Bedroom 1 with a 6 ft bed. Floor 2 has Bedrooms 2 to 5. Bedroom 3 has a 6 ft bed and a 5 ft bed, while Bedrooms 4 and 5 each have 2 beds of 5 ft.
Bathroom 6 is on the ground floor near the karaoke room, a multipurpose bathroom where you can also shower.
Karaoke, and sound after 22:00
Inside there is YouTube karaoke, and a TV on the ground floor only.
Outdoor sound is allowed until 22:00, after which sound is permitted indoors only. Excessive noise carries a fine of 5,000 baht, so move the party indoors before then.
Kitchen, pets and house rules to know
The kitchen has pots, pans, a rice cooker, a microwave, a grill and wine glasses, but no seasonings, so bring your own.
Small to medium pets are welcome, but they are not allowed in the pool or on the beds. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, but vaping is allowed.

Good to know before you stay
- No seasonings provided, please bring your own.

- After 22:00, sound is permitted indoors only. Noise beyond 22:00 carries a fine of 5,000 baht.
- Bookings cannot be cancelled and the deposit is non-refundable in any case.
- If notified by 10:00, the service charge starts at 500–2,000 baht.
- If notified from 11:00 onwards, the service charge starts at 1,500–3,000 baht.
- For stays of more than 1 night, a housekeeper cleans free of charge (please bag your rubbish neatly; washing dishes is not included. Rubbish collection or dishwashing on request costs 500–1,000 baht).
- Check-in before 14:00 is charged at 2,000 baht per hour (only on days with no guests staying).
- Check-out after 11:00 is charged at 2,000 baht per hour.
- To postpone your dates, please notify us 15 days before arrival; otherwise a fine of 3,000 baht applies.
- Pets are not allowed in the pool.
- Pets are not allowed on the beds.
- No smoking inside the house (vaping is allowed).
- Dishwashing starts at 500–1,000 baht (free if you wash up yourself).
- Bookings made less than 14 days before arrival cannot be postponed in any case.
