A location close to Jomtien Beach
The villa is at Na Jomtien Beach, 1.4 km from the sea. Jomtien Beach is about 850 meters away, and Jomtien Street Food is about 1 kilometer away. Nearby restaurants include Lung Sawai 2 at 400 meters and Poo Pen crab restaurant at 850 meters.
In addition, a 7-Eleven is about 670 meters away and Tops Daily about 770 meters.
A private pool with a 7-meter slide
The private swimming pool measures 4 × 5 meters, with a 7-meter slide, suited to small groups taking turns.
Bedroom 1, on the ground floor, has Pool Access, so you can step straight out to the pool, but its bathroom is outside the room.
Four bedrooms in different sizes
Bedroom 1, on the ground floor, has two 6-foot beds and an outside bathroom, for 4 guests. Bedroom 2, upstairs, is a master bedroom with two 6-foot beds and an en-suite bathroom, for 4 guests.
Bedroom 3, upstairs on the left, has one 5-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom, for 2 guests, and bedroom 4, upstairs on the right, has one 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom, for 2 guests, so it's easy to give families or couples their own rooms.
Karaoke, pool table and sound rules
The villa has karaoke and a pool table. Outdoor sound is allowed until 22:00. If you want to keep the sound going, move inside the house and close the doors and windows tightly, and then sound is allowed at any time.
The villa does not allow sound equipment or speakers to be played outside the house in the pool area.
The kitchen and supplies
The villa's kitchen is fully equipped, but there are no seasonings, so please bring your own. There is an ice bucket, bath towels and hair dryers, with free Wi-Fi.
The villa provides free electricity and tap water with no unit limit.

Good to know before you stay

- No loud noise outdoors after 22:00.
- Playing sound equipment or speakers outside the house in the pool area is strictly prohibited.
- The 5,000 baht damage deposit is returned on the day of check-out, no later than 15:00 (if there is no damage of any kind, it is refunded in full).
- The villa accepts 2 small dogs weighing no more than 10 kilograms, at 500 baht per dog per night.
- Please bring your pet's bedding and toilet area. Pets are strictly not allowed on beds or in the pool.
- Damage caused by pets is charged at actual cost, and 10,000 baht if a pet enters the pool.

- In case of damage to furniture, or if a pet relieves itself on furniture or equipment inside the villa, a fine equal to the actual cost of the damage and the cost of a private cleaning company will be charged.
- Bringing any illegal drugs into the villa grounds is strictly prohibited. If any are found or the rule is violated, the villa will ask you to leave immediately, with no negotiation and no refund.
- Smoking inside the villa is prohibited. A violation carries a fine of 5,000 baht.
- Please wear swimwear or colorfast clothing only when entering the pool. A violation carries a fine of 600 baht per person.
- If there are more guests than the number booked, the villa reserves the right to refuse the stay and charges a fine of 600 baht per person.
- If any items are lost or damaged within the villa, the guest must be responsible for the damages according to the inspection checklist. If the damaged items are of high value, the villa will charge the actual cost.
- If guests do not wash the kitchen equipment, the villa charges a fine of 1,500 baht.
- Once payment has been made, the villa reserves the right not to allow cancellation or refunds.
- In the event of a power outage or a water supply failure caused by natural disasters or external agencies' systems, which are beyond the villa's control, the villa cannot fix it and cannot be held responsible for this.
- Up to 2 children under 7 stay free.
- If you want to check out late, there must be no guests checking in after you, and late check-out is limited to no more than 1 hour. The late check-out fee is 1,000 baht in every case.
- Parking for 1–2 cars inside the villa and 1–2 cars in front
