A house for staying in, 8.4 km from the sea
The house is opposite Ban Amphur–Wat Yan Beach, 8.4 km from the sea, so it is not a house for walking down to the sea, but it offers plenty of space for the whole group to be together all day.
A convenience store and the subdistrict health-promoting hospital are about 1.7 kilometres away, so preparing food and supplies in advance is important.
A saltwater pool, a slide and a unicorn
The saltwater pool measures 5 × 11 metres and is 1.5 metres deep. Beside the pool is a 10-metre slide with a maximum weight limit of 150 kilograms.
The house has a giant unicorn to play on. Please play with care, as any damage will be charged at actual cost. Child life jackets come in 3 sizes, 3 of each, 9 in total.
Karaoke, and outdoor noise until 24:00
The house has YouTube-based karaoke and 1 smart TV in the living room. Outdoor noise is allowed until 24:00, and after midnight we ask for your cooperation in keeping it down. Indoors, noise is allowed all night.

4 bedrooms
Bedroom 1 has two 5-ft beds and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has two 5-ft beds. Bedroom 3 has one 5-ft bed, and bedroom 4 has two 6-ft beds.
The house has 4 bathrooms. Water heaters are provided, along with towels, a hair dryer, shampoo, soap, tissues and rubbish bags.
Kitchen, extras and parking
The kitchen has plates, bowls, spoons, glasses, chopping boards, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer, a grill and wine glasses, plus a 28-litre ice bin and a large one, but no blender, frying pan or shabu pot.
On check-in you receive 2 bags of charcoal and 1 sack of ice. Parking is available for 5 cars inside, 5 cars outside and 1 coach.
