Days that begin and end at the pool
Avery Poolvilla is on the opposite side of Na Jomtien–Huai Yai Beach, 6.8 km from the sea. It is not a house where you walk down to the beach, but one designed for time spent at the pool.
The main pool measures 5 × 10 m with a depth of 1.5 m, ideal for adults who want to swim or play in the water.
A slide, and a separate kids' pool
The 6 m slide is the kind of toy children and teenagers go around again and again, while the separate 70 cm kids' pool lets parents sit and watch without worrying about the depth of the main pool.
The house has 3 children's life jackets and 1 adult life jacket. If several families are coming, plan this in advance.
4 bedrooms, and what to know about the bathrooms
Bedrooms 1, 3 and 4 each have 2 beds of 5 ft with an en-suite bathroom, while Bedroom 2 has 1 bed of 5 ft and no en-suite bathroom.
Anyone who would rather not share a bathroom should book the en-suite rooms for the adults first, and give the room without one to a group that knows each other well.
Karaoke, a pool table and cosy corners
The house has YouTube karaoke, a pool table and 1 smart TV room. Outdoor sound is allowed until 22:00, while indoors you can keep going all night, so the party can move inside to carry on singing.
The bathrooms come ready with a hair dryer, towels, shampoo, soap, tissues and rubbish bags.
Kitchen, and what is nearby
The kitchen has pots, pans, a rice cooker, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer, a grill, wine glasses and an 80-litre ice bucket, but no seasonings, so bring your own.
