The highlight of Midtown Villa is its genuinely convenient location. Edelweiss Restaurant is only 32 metres away, the Thappraya branch of 7-Eleven is 41 metres away, and an ATM is 49 metres away, so on a short trip you barely need to drive anywhere.
Although it sits in a lively district, the house is still just 1.8 km from the sea, a few minutes' drive to the beach. It suits those who want both convenience and privacy in a single place.
Private pool and relaxing corners
The pool measures 2.8 × 6 metres and is 1.20 metres deep, running on a saltwater and chlorine system that is comfortable for a full day in the water. Three children's life jackets are provided for families travelling with small children.
Around the house there is a barbecue terrace and seating corners, perfect for relaxed evening gatherings.
Karaoke, board games, and in-house entertainment
Inside there is YouTube karaoke and board games such as Werewolf and mahjong to enjoy all night long. Smart TVs are provided in the living room and in every bedroom.
Basic amenities such as a hairdryer, towels, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are all provided, so you can settle in as soon as you arrive.
4 bedrooms and a kitchen
All 4 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Three have 6-foot beds, and one is a twin room with two 5-foot beds. Every room has a water heater.
The kitchen is well equipped with a rice cooker, microwave, coffee maker, and grill. There is a 60-litre ice box, but no condiments are provided; please bring your own.
