The Jomtien area, easy to walk for food
Serenity 16 is 1.5 kilometres from the sea, a short drive to Jomtien Beach, and there are essentials within walking distance, such as Daddy’s Kitchen at 155 metres, 7-Eleven at 222 metres, Jomtien Park Villas at 258 metres and Racha Dental Clinic at 292 metres.

A sloping 4 × 9 metre pool
The swimming pool is 4 × 9 metres and 1.2 metres deep, sloping, with a slide to play on. Adults can swim its full length.
Life jackets are provided: 2 for children and 2 for adults.

YouTube Premium karaoke and a pool table keep the evenings lively. As for sound, both outdoors and indoors it is allowed until 22:00.
So groups who love a long party should plan to have their fun before then.
Bedrooms with TVs and en-suite bathrooms
Bedrooms 1 to 4 each have one 6-ft bed, with an en-suite bathroom and a TV. Bedroom 5 has one 5-ft bed with an en-suite bathroom.
There are water heaters and hot water in every bathroom and at the kitchen sink. Extra bedding includes a thick 8–10 inch topper in the 6-ft size and a 3.5-ft folding bed.
The kitchen and a large ice bucket
The kitchen has pots, pans, plates, bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, chopping boards, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a blender, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer, a barbecue grill and wine glasses, plus a 100-litre ice bucket.
No seasonings are provided, so please bring your own. Charcoal and ice can be ordered at the front of the house.
