A family gathering house, not a party house

Muran Poolvilla is in Central Pattaya Beach, about 3 kilometres from the sea. The house states clearly that outdoor noise is allowed until 21:00. Indoors, keep the volume low with glass doors and windows closed, and no parties are allowed.

It is a good fit for families and groups of friends who want to relax, sing softly, watch films and play pool together, rather than groups who want loud music all night.

Living room: TV, pool table and karaoke

The living room has a 65-inch TV, YouTube-based karaoke with JBL speakers and microphones, and an 8-ft pool table, wide enough for comfortable play.

6 × 4 m pool and a 2 m slide

The pool measures 6 × 4 metres and is 1.2 metres deep, a comfortable size for a small group to splash around in, with a 2-metre slide for the children. The house provides 3 child life jackets and 2 adult life jackets.

Children aged 5 and under stay free, up to 3 children, so families with several little ones can plan their group with ease.

All bedrooms are on the second floor

Bedroom 1 has two 5-ft beds and an en-suite bathroom; a 3.5-ft mattress can be added, sleeping 2–3 guests. Bedroom 2 has a 6-ft bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has a 5-ft bed and an en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 4 has a 6-ft bed, with its bathroom separate, in front of the bedroom. All bedrooms are on the second floor and bathroom 5 is in the ground-floor hall, so the house suits adults who have no trouble with stairs.

Kitchen, parking and amenities

The kitchen has a full set of cups, plates and spoons, a rice cooker, a grill, chopsticks, a frying pan, a steamer, a mortar and pestle, a toaster, a barbecue hotpot, a microwave and wine glasses, but no seasonings, so please bring your own.

There is parking for 2 cars inside the property and 2 cars in front. Bathrooms have a hair dryer, a hair straightener, shower gel and shampoo. For stays of 3 days, one change of bed linen is provided free of charge.
