The villa is in the Bangsaen-Si Racha area, 5 km from the sea. Nearby is A-GA-LI-GO Coffee, just 87 metres away, 7-Eleven at 733 metres and Lotus’s Go Fresh at 843 metres.

A salt-water pool with Jacuzzi
The private swimming pool is a salt-water system with a Jacuzzi, measuring 7 × 3 metres and 1.2 metres deep, with dining seats indoors, outdoors and by the pool.
The pool may be used in swimwear only, or in sports clothing if you do not have any.
3 bedrooms upstairs
All 3 bedrooms are upstairs. Room 1 has one 5-ft bed and rooms 2 and 3 each have two 5-ft beds, with a bathroom in every room, plus 1 shared bathroom downstairs.
Mattresses, bedding, pillows, blankets and towels are 5-star hotel grade, with new air-conditioning that cools every room and a children’s play area in the bedroom.

Inside are a Smart TV with a sound system and wireless microphones, YouTube karaoke and a pool table, along with a spacious living zone.
