An 8 × 4 meter pool with a slide for the kids

The pool is 8 × 4 meters and 1.4 meters deep, with a slide 5.5 meters long and 2.5 meters high that holds 100 kg, and 2 children's life jackets are provided. There are 2 sun loungers by the pool so adults can sit and watch the kids.

Noise is allowed outside between 07:00–22:00, while inside it's allowed all day, so groups who want to keep singing karaoke late can move into the living room.

Pets can come along, charged by size

Pets can stay at this house. Cats or small-breed dogs are 300 baht per pet per night, and large-breed dogs are 500 baht per pet per night.

The house has Smart TVs in 2 rooms, Bedroom 1 and the living room, with YouTube-based karaoke. Water and electricity are already included, so there's nothing extra to pay.

Three bedrooms, with bathrooms split upstairs and downstairs

Bedroom 1 has one 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom, while Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have two 5-foot beds and no en-suite bathroom.

These two rooms use Bathroom 2, which is on the second floor between the 2 bedrooms, and there's also Bathroom 3 on the first floor. Every room has a water heater, and amenities include a hair dryer, towels, face towels, shampoo and soap.

A kitchen with an oven, and fees to know

The kitchen has a 40-liter electric oven, an induction cooker, a microwave, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a steamer, a grill, wine glasses, a 100-liter ice bucket and a washing machine. Please bring your own seasonings.

Charcoal is 30 baht per bag (1 kg) and ice 100 baht per sack, with the charcoal and ice service available 09:00–17:00. The dishwashing fee is 1,000 baht, and if you want the house cleaned every day, it's 1,200 baht per visit, including a change of bed linen and towels.

For a 7-day stay, house cleaning is provided during the stay at 4–5 days, including a change of bed linen and towels.
