Rainy day: 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a projector screen by the pool

This house can only be booked on weekdays, Sunday–Thursday. It cannot be booked on Fridays, Saturdays, long weekends or public holidays. It suits groups taking leave for a midweek getaway, or small company seminar trips.

According to the house information, the house is 26.2 km from the sea. Nearby are Je Joy made-to-order restaurant, about 718 meters away, Jirakan Pharmacy, about 1.1 km away, and Lotus's Go Fresh Chanthakham Withi, about 1.5 km away.

Four bedrooms, two beds per room

Every room has two 6-foot beds and an en-suite bathroom, and the master bedroom also has a soaking tub. 3 bedrooms are on the ground floor and the other 1 is upstairs, reached by stairs, so older guests should get the ground-floor rooms.

There is also 1 more shared bathroom outside. Every bathroom has a water heater, along with hair dryers, towels, shampoo, soap, tissues, garbage bags and foot towels.

A saltwater pool, a big screen and things to play with indoors

The saltwater pool is 3 × 6 meters and 1.2 meters deep. Beside the pool is a projector screen for watching movies or putting on concerts in the evening.

The living room has a 65-inch smart TV, YouTube karaoke and board games. Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00; after that you can move inside and keep singing, as indoor noise is allowed all night.

Kitchen, freebies and extra charges

The kitchen has an electric stove, a rice cooker, a microwave, a mortar and pestle, a wine cooler bucket, wine glasses, a grill, a moo kratha table and a shabu pot. You need to bring your own seasonings.

The house gives you 2 bags of grilling charcoal, 2 bags of ice and 1 pack of large bottles of drinking water for free; order the charcoal and ice before 17:00. There are large and small ice buckets for sharing out, and if you'd rather not wash the dishes yourself, there's a dishwashing fee of 800 baht.

Extra guests are charged 300 baht per person per night. There are no extra mattresses, but towels are provided, and there's no cleaning fee for stays of more than 1 night.
