Water toys free to use

The house is beachfront with its own private beach, and it provides special services at no charge: 1 SUP board set, 1 kayak set and 1 clear paddle boat set, ready to take straight out to the sea in front of the house.

Inside the property is a 7 × 8 meter swimming pool with an 8-meter slide. Older kids and adults who love sliding into the water will probably spend a long time here.

There are also 5 bags of charcoal, 2 sacks of ice and 2 packs of drinking water provided free, enough to start the first night's barbecue without rushing out to shop.

Rooms for older guests and large groups

The ground floor has two rooms. Bedroom 1 has two 5-foot beds (4 guests) and a TV, suitable for families with older relatives since there are no stairs to climb. Bedroom 2 has one 6-foot bed (2 guests).

Bedroom 3 is upstairs, with one 6-foot bed plus room for 2 extra guests, 4 guests in total. Bedroom 4 is set up the same way. Bedrooms 5 and 7 each have two 5-foot beds, 4 guests per room.

The big room is Bedroom 6, with three 5-foot beds plus room for 2 extra guests, sleeping 8, good for a group of friends or the kids to sleep together.

Children, extra guests and parking

According to the house information, children aged 0–7 stay free with their parents, 3 guests, while extra guests are 700 baht per person.

Parking inside the property fits 6–8 cars, convenient for groups arriving in several cars. The kitchen is fully equipped, and if you'd like to eat out, Ruean Soi Fah Thai-seafood restaurant on Cha-am Beach is about 1.2 km away.
