Parking even when the whole group charters a vehicle

What sets this house apart from typical pool villas is the parking. There's room for 2 cars inside and 1 more in front, plus shared parking where vans and buses can park, thanks to the pool villa project's own dedicated lot. Groups renting a vehicle together don't need to hunt for parking far from the house.

The house is 4.3 km from the sea, but food and supplies are close by: Roi Kan restaurant at Wat Yan is about 212 meters away, a 7-Eleven is about 271 meters away, and Greta Farm is about 600 meters away.

Three twin-bed bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom

Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 are set up the same way, each with two 5-foot beds and an en-suite bathroom, and there's 1 more shared bathroom for everyone.

The beds, plus extras, sleep up to 13 guests; beyond that, there are 2 sofa bed spots, for a maximum of 15 guests. Up to 3 children under 7 stay free.

Pool, karaoke and a kitchen for a crowd

The pool is 4 × 8 meters and 1.5 meters deep, with 2–3 children's life jackets. The house has YouTube karaoke; noise is allowed until 22:00, and indoors all night, as long as the doors are properly closed.

The kitchen has pans, pots, a gas stove, a microwave, a rice cooker, an electric kettle, a barbecue grill and an 80-liter ice bucket. The house sells charcoal at 3 bags for 100 baht and ice at 60 baht per bag, available until 20:00. Free amenities include soap, shampoo and dish soap; bring your own seasonings.

Rules for those bringing pets

Pets are allowed on the property at 300 baht per pet per night (no large pets). Please let the house know what kind of pet you're bringing before your stay, and owners must bring their own pet bedding.

Pets are not allowed in the pool; violators will be charged for replacing all the pool water, including the cost of retreating it · Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas or the pool table · Don't let pets chew furniture, and please clean up after your pets properly
