The swimming pool measures 4 × 8 metres and is 1.5 metres deep, with a slide for the kids to enjoy. The villa provides 3 life jackets.

Three bedrooms for large groups
The villa has 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has one 6-foot bunk bed and two 3.5-foot beds with an en-suite bathroom; bedroom 2 has a 6-foot bed; and bedroom 3 has four 6-foot bunk beds with an en-suite bathroom.
Amenities include a hair dryer, shampoo, and body wash.
Entertainment and noise
The common area has karaoke and snooker. Note that only the TV in the living room can be switched on.
On noise: speakers may be used indoors only, not outdoors. Please avoid loud noise after 22:00; after that time you can play sound indoors all night. Please keep the doors and windows properly closed.

- This is a promotional rate: no villa changes, cancellations, or date changes (the deposit is non-refundable in all cases).
- In the event of a lockdown or a ban on travel into Pattaya, the villa allows open-ended date changes; please contact us to arrange a stay 3 months afterward.
- To change your stay dates, give at least 14 days' notice; a date-change fee of 1,500 baht applies in all cases, payable immediately after confirmation.
- To change your stay dates, give 2 weeks' notice; a fee of 1,500 baht applies. Emergencies can be discussed case by case (the fee is payable immediately on the day you request the change).
