Mermaid Jomtien: walk to the sea, then come back for the slide at the house
This house is about 300 metres from the sea, so you can choose between a walk to the waves this morning or staying by the house pool. A slide, a kids' pool, karaoke and a pool table await 10–12 guests.

Near the sea, without giving up privacy
Mermaid Jomtien is near Jomtien Beach, about 300 metres from the sea. That is close enough to walk for sea air in the morning or evening, then come back to rinse off and relax at the house without getting in a car.
Essentials are close around the house: Siam Commercial Bank, Jomtien branch, about 70 metres away, Krua Thai Lanna restaurant about 100 metres away and Fresh Mart about 150 metres away. If you forget something small, you can walk out and buy it.
Adult pool, kids' pool and a slide with opening hours
The pool measures 4 × 8 metres. The adult section is 1–1.45 metres deep, while the kids' pool is 65 cm deep and set apart so children can play more comfortably than if they were mixed in with adults.
The water slide opens in sessions: 06:00–11:00 and 14:00–23:00. If you plan for the children to play in the morning before check-out, they can make full use of this time.
Three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms
Bedroom 1 has one 6-ft bed and one 3.5-ft floor mattress. Bedroom 2 has two 5-ft beds. Bedroom 3 has one 6-ft bed and one 3.5-ft floor mattress.
Every room has an en-suite bathroom, so there is no queuing in the morning, and the living-room bathroom also connects to bedroom 1. There are towels for every guest and a hair dryer in every room.
Karaoke, pool table and a kitchen for big meals
The house has karaoke and a pool table for the evening, and the kitchen has a refrigerator, a microwave, a rice cooker, a water boiler, a gas stove, a floating tray and a mortar and pestle. Please bring your own seasonings.
If you want to barbecue, the house offers extras: ice 10 kg for 60 baht per bag, and charcoal at 40 baht per bag or 3 bags for 100 baht, orderable until 18:00.
Noise, pets and young children
The house accepts pets of every kind, but not Siberian dogs. For noise, loud sound is allowed around the house until 21:00, after which sound can continue inside the house all night.
Children under 7 stay free, up to 2 children, sleeping with their parents.

Good to know before you stay
- Do not take sound systems or speakers outside the house to the pool area under any circumstances
- Loud noise is allowed around the house until 21:00, after which sound can continue inside the house all night
- No smoking inside the house (a smoking area is provided)
- After cooking or eating, please dispose of waste in the containers or bags provided and wash up properly, otherwise a fine of 1,000 baht applies, to prevent ants or insects from becoming a nuisance
- Siberian dogs are not accepted
- Parking for 1 car inside and another 2–3 cars outside
- The deposit is refunded after 14:00
