A well-sized house for 10–15 guests

Bedroom 1 has one 5-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom. There are also Bedrooms 2 and 3, with 1 shared bathroom.

For guests beyond the number of beds, the house has 4 extra sleeping sets (mattress, pillow, blanket). The extra guest fee is 500 baht per person.

A small pool and an electric-stove kitchen

The pool is 3 × 6 meters and 1.5 meters deep, for cooling off during the day.

Cook on the electric stove with pots, pans, a rice cooker, a spatula, a ladle and a mortar and pestle. A microwave and a fridge help with reheating and chilling, plates, cups, bowls, glasses, spoons and forks are provided, and you can move out to the grill for a barbecue. The house doesn't provide seasonings, and ice is an optional extra you can order.

House rules you need to know

Dogs are not allowed in the property. If you want to bring one, you must notify the house before your stay, otherwise there's a 5,000 baht fine. Declared pets are charged 500–1,000 baht per pet per night, depending on size.

Loud parties are allowed until no later than 22:00. After that, please gradually lower the volume. You can swim, but keep voices down and don't play loud music.

This house does not tolerate drugs under any circumstances. Anyone who breaks this rule will be asked to leave immediately.

The house is across from Ban Amphoe-Wat Yan Beach, 6.1 km from the sea. Nearby are TIGHT LINES Fishing Park Pattaya about 300 meters away, Dusit Terrace restaurant about 530 meters away, and 7-Eleven Klang Soi Chor Bor 1008 Wat Yan branch about 720 meters away.

If you need to stock up on groceries, Mini Big C Na Jomtien Road 13 branch is about 2.2 km away. Parking for 1 car inside and another 2 cars outside.
