A large-group villa focused on staying in
The villa sits in the area opposite Ban Amphoe Beach–Wat Yan, about 4.3 kilometres from the sea, so it isn't a walk-to-the-beach villa — instead it's designed for a whole trip of fun indoors. Roi Kan Wat Yan restaurant is about 169 metres away and a convenience store about 227 metres.
With room for up to 15 guests, it's ideal for family gatherings or big trips with friends.
A pool with a slide
The swimming pool measures 3 × 7 metres and is 1.4 metres deep, with a slide for the kids to enjoy. The villa provides 3 children's life jackets.
There are mascot costumes to wear for fun photos and memories with the whole group.
Three bedrooms for the whole group
The villa has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a 5-foot bed and a sofa bed with an en-suite bathroom; bedroom 2 has a 5-foot bed and a 3.5-foot bed; and bedroom 3 has 2 bunk beds. Two rooms have pool views and 1 has a garden view.
Of the 4 bathrooms, 3 have water heaters and 1 is a toilet room, with amenities such as shampoo, body wash, a hair dryer, towels, and rubbish bags.
Karaoke, kitchen, and longer stays
The common area has YouTube karaoke, a pool table, 1 smart TV in the hall and 3 more TVs in the bedrooms, plus a 60-litre ice bucket.
On noise: outdoor sound is allowed until 22:00, while indoors you can play sound anytime. For stays of 2 nights or more, housekeeping provides free basic cleaning.
