Rennie sits in the Sattahip–Samae San area, about ten kilometres from the sea, so it is a home that leans toward relaxing and enjoying activities indoors rather than walking down to the beach.
Although it lies in a quiet area, a convenience store is only 7 m away, while the Khrua Pa Phim restaurant and the sub-district health promotion hospital are both within one kilometre.
Private pool and barbecue terrace
The private swimming pool measures 6 × 4 m and is 1.2–1.5 m deep, and comes with a slide for the children to enjoy, plus a barbecue corner for dinners by the pool.
Swim during the day and light the barbecue in the evening — a well-balanced rhythm of relaxation for a group travelling together.
Three bedrooms and a common area
The first bedroom has a 6-foot bed with an en-suite bathroom, the second has a 5-foot bed with a bathroom beside the room, and the third has two 5-foot beds — three bedrooms and three bathrooms in all.
