The house is in the area opposite Jomtien Beach, about 5.7 kilometres from the sea, with the focus on staying in rather than walking down to the beach.
Essentials are within walking distance: Central Park Pattaya 6 is about 118 m away, while Primo Market, a convenience store and a Lotus's Express are about 700 m away.
A tiered pool children can enjoy with ease
The 3.5 × 8 m pool is tiered — waist-deep for children at the shallow end and 170 cm at the deepest — so both children and adults can enjoy it.
Around the pool are a barbecue corner and a slide, turning the afternoons and evenings into the fun part of the trip.
Bedrooms, karaoke and a pool table
The three bedrooms use beds of various sizes: the first has a 6-foot bed, the second has a 5-foot bed and a 3.5-foot bed for four beds in total, and the third has a 6-foot bed with an en-suite bathroom.
Beyond the bedrooms there is a karaoke room with its own en-suite bathroom and a separate pool-table room, so you can play without disturbing anyone resting.
Kitchen and in-stay services
The kitchen is fully equipped with a rice cooker, electric stove, barbecue grill, refrigerator, microwave and ice bucket — just bring your own seasonings.
The villa returns the security deposit about 1–2 hours after check-out and offers a linen change for multi-night stays.

Good to know before you stay
- Up to 3 children under 7 stay free
- Parking for 2 cars inside the property and another 3–4 in front.
- There is no jacuzzi inside the house.
- Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00; after that, close the doors and continue indoors.
- The house does not permit loud noise; it welcomes family guests and is not suitable for party groups.
- The security deposit is accepted in cash only, not by transfer; the remaining room charge can be paid by transfer or cash as usual.
- Stays of 3 nights or more include a free change of bed linen and towels.
- For stays of fewer than 3 nights, only the rubbish bags are replaced.
- Early check-in or late check-out is charged at 500 THB per hour (when no other guests follow).
- To postpone, give 14 days' notice; the stay may be moved by no more than 3 months, once only, for a 1,000 THB rescheduling fee.
- No cancellations under any circumstances.
- Inflatable rings: a 1,000 THB fine if burst, or you may buy a replacement.
- Please wash the dishes before check-out; if not, a 500–1,000 THB service charge applies.
- Please wear swimwear in the pool; if you have none, light clothing such as a t-shirt and shorts is acceptable.
- Eating in the water, dropping items into the pool or clouding the water is prohibited, with a 2,000 THB fine.
- Pets welcome: small pets 300 THB per night, large pets 500 THB per night.
- Pets are not allowed on the beds or sofa, and not in the pool.
- Do not let pets chew on items in the house.
