Mojito Pool Villa is a single-story house with 5 bedrooms and 400 square meters of living space, sleeping 12–15 guests. Four of the rooms have doors that open straight onto the pool, with no stairs to climb. It's 700 meters from Yin Yom Beach, and Pratamnak Night Market is about a 110-meter walk away.

Open your door and step into the pool

The house is all on one floor, with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, and 4 of the rooms have doors that open onto the pool. It suits groups with elderly guests or young children who'd rather avoid stairs.

The sloped pool measures 4 × 11 meters and is 120–180 centimeters deep, with a slide and 1 fancy pool float. The deep end reaches 180 centimeters, so kids should stay at the shallow end.

King-size bedrooms

Bedroom 1 has 2 king-size beds and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Bedrooms 2 through 4 each have 1 king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 5 has 2 queen-size beds and no en-suite bathroom; it shares a bathroom with the master bedroom. Every room comes with towels, soap, shampoo and a hair dryer.

Play at home, then walk to the night market

The house has a ping-pong table, a pool table, YouTube karaoke with 2 microphones, a washing machine and free Wi-Fi. Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00 and indoor noise until 00:00. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a barbecue grill, an oven and a toaster. Charcoal is 35 baht a bag and ice is 50 baht; please order before 5 p.m. (17:00).

Near the house are Oratai Banana Fritters, about 70 meters away, the 7-Eleven at Pratamnak Soi 5 Junction 4, about 90 meters away, and Pratamnak Night Market, about 110 meters away. The house says there are 10 cafés within a 1-kilometer radius, such as The Sky Gallery, The Chocolate Factory, 3 Mermaids, The Forest By the sky and Lunar By the Beach.

Beaches and sights a short hop away

The house lists these distances: Yin Yom Beach 700 meters, Dongtan Beach 900 meters, Jomtien Beach 1 kilometer and Pattaya Beach 1.5 kilometers. Pattaya Park Water Park is 400 meters away, the Khao Phra Tamnak viewpoint 900 meters and Bali Hai Pier 1 kilometer.

There's parking for 4–5 cars inside the property and 2 more in front of the house. Only small-breed pets are accepted.
