Fun Paradise Pool Villa is an eight-bedroom, 14-bed house in a village with 24-hour security, accommodating 24 guests and up to a maximum of 30. Outside there's a 28-seat banquet table and a 16-meter-long pool, while inside there's a pool table, disco lights and YouTube karaoke to keep the party going after dinner.

A big meal at the 28-seat table
Outside the house is a 28-seat banquet table, so the whole group can eat together at one table. Next to it are a barbecue grill, a moo kata grill and an ice bucket. The house provides 10 kilograms of ice, 1 pack of drinking water and 1 bag of charcoal for free; if that's not enough, you can order more, charcoal at 40 baht and ice at 50 baht, with orders taken until 18:00.
The pool is a long one, 3.5 × 16 meters and 1.2 meters deep, with a slide, free fancy pool floats and children's life jackets. Noise is allowed outside until 22:00; after that, please keep the volume down.
Keep partying indoors all night
Inside the house there's a pool table, disco lights and YouTube karaoke with microphones. After 22:00, move indoors and keep singing all night, but speakers may not be taken outside, so all the sound stays inside the house.
The kitchen has pots, pans, a rice cooker, a steamer, a blender, a microwave, a toaster, wine glasses, a cutting board, knives, and a mortar and pestle, but no seasonings, so please bring your own.
Eight bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom
The house has 8 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, with 14 beds in total, and every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 1 and 5 have two 3.5-foot beds, Bedrooms 3 and 7 have two 5-foot beds, Bedrooms 2 and 6 have one 5-foot bed, and Bedrooms 4 and 8 have one 6-foot bed and one 5-foot bed.
For stays of 3 nights or more, the house cleans and changes bed sheets and towels for free. Towels can be changed every day, and general cleaning (sweeping, wiping, mopping and taking out the trash) is free once every 2 days. The whole house has water heaters, plus shampoo, soap, a hair dryer and towels.
Getting around Khao Phra Tamnak
The house is 5 km from the sea. The hosts list nearby places including Jomtien Beach, Central Pattaya Beach, Bali Hai Pier, Khao Phra Tamnak, Poo Pen seafood restaurant, 3mermaid cafe and Sky gallery, while Lan Pho Market is 10 kilometers away. Close to the house, Greyhound Cafe Pattaya is about 231 meters away.
There's parking for 2–3 cars in front of the house; if you need more, please let the hosts know before your stay. The village has parking both inside and outside the project and can take buses, so groups in a chartered bus don't need to park far away.

Good to know before you stay
- Beyond 24 guests, an extra 500 baht per person is charged (maximum 30 guests).
- No smoking inside the house; violators will be fined.
- Pets are not allowed on the beds or in the pool.
- Karaoke speakers may not be taken outside.
- No seasonings provided; please bring your own.
- Dishwashing fee: if guests don't wash up themselves and there are dishes left, a service fee of 500–1,000 baht per time is charged depending on the amount.
- Damaged items are charged at actual cost.
- House security deposit of 10,000 baht, paid on check-in day and refunded if there's no damage to the house.
- Once booked, no cancellations or date changes under any circumstances.
