Felicia is a six-bedroom house split into two wings: one side has a ping pong table and the other a snooker table. It sleeps 12–20 guests. At the heart of the house is an 8 × 10 meter graduated-depth pool, 50–180 cm deep, plus a Kids Club for the little ones. The house is geared toward families and groups looking for a quiet getaway, and it does not accept party groups.

Two wings, two activities
The ping pong wing has four bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor with a 5-foot bed and uses the shared bathroom by the living room. Upstairs, Bedroom 2 has a 6-foot bed, an en-suite bathroom and a pool view, Bedroom 3 has a 5-foot bed, and Bedroom 4 has a 6-foot bed; these two share the upstairs bathroom.
The snooker wing has Bedrooms 5 and 6 upstairs, each with two 6-foot beds and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 5 overlooks the pool, and this wing also has 1 more shared bathroom downstairs. Groups of two families can split up neatly, one family per wing.
A graduated-depth pool for all ages
The 8 × 10 meter pool slopes from 50 to 180 cm deep, so kids can play at the shallow end while adults swim at the deep end. There are 2 children's life jackets and a Kids Club for the little ones. Note that the house has no water slide.
Pool rules: wear swimwear in the pool, or if you don't have any, light clothing such as a T-shirt and shorts. No eating in the pool, and don't drop things into the pool or make the water cloudy.
A house for relaxing, not for partying
The house has 1 smart TV in the living room and YouTube-based karaoke, but bringing your own speakers is not allowed. Music and karaoke are only permitted indoors with the doors closed.
The house information lists two different times for outdoor noise: until 21.30 and until 22:00. We suggest going by 21.30 to be safe, or checking with our team before booking.
A basic kitchen and the supplies provided
The kitchen has basic equipment, a rice cooker and a 30 kg ice bucket. No seasonings are provided, so bring your own. Charcoal can be ordered at 50 baht per bag (1 kg) and ice at 70 baht per bag (7 kg), available until 17:00.
Supplies include a hair dryer, towels, shampoo, shower gel, tissues and garbage bags. Every room has a water heater, the house gives you 2 packs of drinking water free, and there is no electricity charge.

Good to know before you stay

- Stays of 3 nights or more include a free change of sheets and towels; for stays shorter than 3 nights, only the garbage bags are changed
- The security deposit is refunded about 1–2 hours after check-out
