A party in two parts: poolside first, then the living room

The living room has 1 smart TV hooked up to a YouTube karaoke system so you can choose your own songs, plus a 3 × 6 foot pool table to play while waiting your turn to sing.

The house divides the time plainly: loud noise around the pool is allowed until 23:00. After that you can still sit and drink by the pool all night, but under village rules, sound systems and loud noise by the pool must stop after 23:00. Inside the house, noise is allowed all night, as long as the doors and windows are closed.

4 × 7 meter pool, 1.2–1.5 meters deep

The pool measures 4 × 7 meters, 1.2 meters at the shallowest and 1.5 meters at the deepest. The house has no life jackets, so if you're bringing young children, bring your own flotation gear.

The house is about 5.1 km from the sea, so it suits trips focused mainly on time at the house. For supplies nearby, Mini Big C Nong Ket Yai is about 658 meters away and a 7-Eleven is about 542 meters away.

Three bedrooms, and what to know about beds beforehand

The master bedroom has one 6-foot bed and one 5-foot bed, with an en-suite bathroom and a bathtub. The mid-sized bedroom has a 5-foot bed with an en-suite bathroom, while the small bedroom has a 5-foot bed and uses a separate bathroom. There's also 1 small bathroom outside the house.

The house has no extra mattresses, so make sure there are enough beds for everyone when you book. Up to 2 children under 7 stay free.

A ready-to-use kitchen, but bring your own seasonings

The kitchen has a 2-burner gas stove, a rice cooker, a microwave, a frying pan, a soup pot, a mortar and pestle, knives, a cutting board and a full set of plates and bowls. There's Ovaltine and coffee for the morning, but you'll need to bring your own seasonings.

There's no extra charge if you wash the dishes and kitchenware yourself. If you'd rather not, the housekeeper can do it for 300–500 baht depending on the amount.
