The house's pool is 3 × 5 meters and 150 cm deep, comfortable for adults to swim in, while families with young children should have an adult watching by the pool at all times.

2 children under 7 stay free, letting two-generation families come together without using up the adults' sleeping spots.

Three bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom

Bedroom 1 has one 6-foot bed with an en-suite bathroom, Bedroom 2 has one 6-foot bed, and Bedroom 3 has one 5-foot bed. The latter two rooms have bathrooms outside.

The house has 3 bathrooms in total, so there's no long morning queue, but if a couple wants a bathroom attached to their bedroom, put them in Room 1.

The kitchen and dinner at home

Kitchen equipment includes pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar, a blender, a microwave, a toaster and a steamer, plus a 5-liter ice bucket.

The freebies are 3 small bags of ice and 3 small bags of charcoal. If you run out, you can order more: ice is 15 baht per bag and charcoal 30 baht per bag.

For anyone who wants to sing, the house has rental karaoke at 500 baht per day, with noise allowed until 22:00.

There's parking for 1 car inside the property and 3 outside, enough for a group of 8 driving in several cars.

A Mini Market is about 520 meters away, Takhian Tia Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospital about 550 meters, and Krua Luk Ek restaurant about 820 meters, while a 7-Eleven is about 1.2 km away and Lotus's Go Fresh Rong Po–Takhian Tia about 1.4 km away.
