Mermaid 3 is a two-bedroom house in the Jomtien Beach area that sleeps 8–10 guests. Both bedrooms are set up the same way, with a 6-foot bed paired with a bunk bed. The house has a 7-foot pool table, and for water there's a small canvas pool rather than a regular pool. It's ideal for families or friends traveling with a mix of kids and teens.

Bedrooms with a big bed and a bunk bed

Bedroom 1 has one 6-foot bed and one 3.5-foot bunk bed with an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is set up the same way, with one 6-foot bed and one 3.5-foot bunk bed. Parents take the big bed, while the kids can split the top and bottom bunks in the same room.

Up to 2 children under 7 stay free (sharing a bed with a parent). For stays of 3 nights or more, the house changes bed sheets and towels free of charge, but for stays shorter than 3 nights, only the garbage bags are changed.

A pool table and a kitchen for dinner

The main entertainment in the house is the 7-foot pool table, where older kids and adults can take turns playing. The kitchen has a microwave, an electric kettle, a fridge, plates, bowls, spoons, glasses, pots, a frying pan, a mortar, a cutting board, a gas stove and a grill.

If you want to barbecue, you can order charcoal from the house at 50 baht per kg and ice at 70 baht a bag. Please wash the dishes before check-out; otherwise the house will charge a dishwashing fee based on the amount.

A canvas pool, and the sea not far away

The house has a 2 × 4 meter canvas pool (not a regular pool), 1 meter deep, enough for kids to play or cool off in. For proper swimming, head to the sea, 200 meters away.

Supplies for the trip are close by: the 7-Eleven at Jomtien Soi 17 is about 133 meters away, and there's an ATM about 231 meters away.
