Bedrooms with mezzanines

The 2nd floor has 3 mezzanine bedrooms. Bedroom 4 has one 6-foot bed plus one 6-foot mattress on the mezzanine. Bedroom 6 has two 6-foot beds plus 1 more mattress on the mezzanine. Bedroom 7 has one 6-foot bed plus one 6-foot mattress on the mezzanine.

Bedrooms 6 and 7 have en-suite bathrooms with bathtubs. Bedroom 5 has one 6-foot bed and one 5-foot bed, with an en-suite bathroom.

The ground floor, and the room without a bathroom

On the ground floor, Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have one 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 1 has one 6-foot bed but no bathroom, so it uses the 1 central bathroom; the ground floor has a bathtub.

Supplies include free Wi-Fi, water heaters, towels and 5 hair dryers.

A pool with a waterfall and a kids' splash area

The pool measures 6 × 8 meters. The jacuzzi section and kids' splash area are 80 cm deep, the middle to the far end is 140 cm deep, and it slopes down to 165 cm. There is a waterfall feature and an in-pool back-massage jacuzzi, along with a raft float and kids' swim rings.

The outdoor jacuzzi tub, however, is out of order, so don't plan your trip around it. Loud noise outdoors by the pool is allowed until 22:00, while the house notes say noise is allowed until 23.00. Check with our team before planning any late-night gatherings.

Getting there, and what to know before you arrive

The house says it is located at the entrance to Jomtien Beach. Nearby places the house lists include Pu Pen restaurant, Scoop Beach Cafe, Bali Hai Pier and Lan Pho Market. Kruabansuan Pattaya is about 382 meters from the house.

The kitchen has plates, bowls, glasses, an electric stove, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and an ice bucket. There is parking for 6–7 cars in front of the house and within the estate. Please call the house 30 minutes before check-in.

The house accepts small and medium-sized pets for 500 baht each. Guests are responsible for bedding and cleanliness, urine odors and bite marks, for example on curtains, sofas, beds and mattresses.
