A kitchen ready for seafood feasts
The kitchen has pans, pots, knives, a cutting board, a mortar and pestle, a crab steamer and a moo kratha grill set, plus a gas stove, a microwave, a toaster, an electric kettle, a rice cooker and 2 refrigerators, which helps a lot when stocking up on fresh food for a big group.
Charcoal is 100 baht for 3 bags and 10 kilograms of ice is 50 baht. If you'd rather not wash the dishes, a dishwashing service is available for 1,000 baht.
A sloped pool and a kids' pool
The adult pool is 4 meters wide at one end and 2.5 meters wide at the other, 7 meters long, with a sloped depth of 1–2 meters. The kids' pool is 1.5 × 1.5 meters and 50 cm deep, and children's life jackets are provided.
On noise, the house says music is allowed until 20.00 and can continue indoors all night, but another house rule says no loud noise after 22.00. It's best to go by 20.00 for now and check clearly with the admin when booking.
Six bedrooms over two floors
The 1st floor has bedroom 2 (a 6-foot bed and a 3.5-foot bed) and bedroom 6 (a 3.5-foot bunk bed). The 2nd floor has bedrooms 1 and 3, each with a 6-foot bed paired with a bunk bed, bedroom 4 with one 6-foot bed, and bedroom 5 with two 6-foot beds and one 3.5-foot bed.
Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and there are 2 more shared bathrooms. Amenities include towels, shampoo, soap and a hair dryer.
Nearby shops and house rules
Frankie's Inn is about 80 meters away, the 7-Eleven at Sai 2 Jomtien Soi 9 about 140 meters, and Jomtien Night Market about 230 meters. As for the distance to the sea, the house information gives different figures in different places, so ask the admin first if you plan to walk to the beach.
Parking for 5 cars inside the property and 2 outside. Cats and small dogs are accepted for an extra 500 baht each. Drugs of any kind are prohibited, and full payment is due 1 day before your stay.
