A pool long enough for laps

The pool is 4 meters wide, 7.8 meters long and 1.5 meters deep, so adults can swim back and forth, while kids have children's life jackets to wear in the water.

Noise is allowed outside the house until 22:00, and inside at any time with the doors and windows closed, so you can still hang out by the pool in the early evening.

A kitchen for blending fruit shakes and steaming food

Besides pots, a frying pan, a mortar, a rice cooker, a microwave and a toaster, the kitchen also has a blender and a steamer, so you can make smoothies in the afternoon or steam dishes in the evening. You'll need to bring your own seasonings.

If you'd like to stroll around the neighborhood, Tropical Fruits Paradise is about 157 meters away and Black Forest restaurant about 166 meters away, while Mini Big C is about 1.4 km away. Ice and charcoal must be ordered from the housekeeper 1 day before check-in.

What to know about the bedrooms before splitting up

Bedroom 1 has one 5-foot bed and one 5-foot mattress with an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has two 3.5-foot beds, while Bedroom 3 has 3-foot extra mattresses laid on the floor rather than beds.

Bedroom 3 is therefore best for kids or anyone happy to sleep on the floor. Up to 2 children under 7 stay free. Supplies provided are soap and shampoo.

Dogs welcome, but not in the pool

Small pets are 350 baht per pet per night. Rule one: dogs are not allowed to swim in the pool, and violations incur a 10,000 baht fine to replace the water.

Take your dog outside the house to relieve itself and bag up its waste. If anything in the house is damaged, the house will deduct it from the deposit, or charge extra if the damage is worth more.
