Bringing your dog? Know the rules first

This house accepts pets weighing less than 5 kg for 350 baht per pet per night. The house asks that dogs be taken outside the house to relieve themselves, and that their waste be bagged up.

Dogs are not allowed to swim in the pool; violations incur a 10,000 baht fine to replace the water. Damage inside the house will be deducted from the deposit, or charged extra if the damaged items are worth more than that.

If your dog gets sick during the trip, Better Pet animal clinic is about 500 meters away.

A pool just right for a family

The pool is 3 meters wide, 6 meters long and 1.2 meters deep, the place for everyone to cool off. The house is about 3 km from the sea, so on days you don't feel like driving anywhere, you can relax by the pool.

For supplies around the house, there's a 7-Eleven about 550 meters away and Tesco Lotus about 500 meters away. Parking fits 1–3 cars.

Three bedrooms, and a bathroom to share

Bedroom 3 is the master, with one 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Bedroom 1 has one 5-foot bed, while the house information doesn't yet specify the bed size in Bedroom 2.

Bedrooms 1 and 2 share a bathroom outside the rooms, so allow extra time for morning showers before the 11:00 check-out. The house has 2 hair dryers, plus soap and shampoo.

Kitchen, washing machine and games

The kitchen has pots, a frying pan, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar, a microwave, a toaster, an ice bucket and a fridge. Ice and charcoal must be ordered from the housekeeper 1 day before check-in.

The washing machine is a big help when you bring kids or pets for several nights, and there's a foosball table to play indoors. Up to 2 children under 7 stay free.
