The pool measures 3–5 × 7 meters and is 1.2 meters deep, with a step marking off a kids' zone 0.6 meters deep, so kids can play in the shallow part while adults swim in the deep part.
By the pool there are beanbags for lounging while watching the swimmers. 3–4 cars can park in front of the house, and in the surrounding area there's Krua Ban Na restaurant about 2.2 km away and the Pornsiri Petroleum gas station about 2.3 km away.

Kitchen equipment includes a grill, gas stove, pots, pans, a rice cooker, a microwave, an electric kettle, a mortar, a chopping board, knives, plates, bowls, spoons and glasses, enough for a barbecue meal you cook yourselves at the house.
After meals, the dishes should be washed properly, because if the dishes are not cleaned there is a cleaning fee of 500–1,000 baht. For anyone bringing a dog, the house accepts small-breed dogs at 500 baht per dog.
