Two wings, so families can split up within one house
The first wing has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, each room with two 6-foot beds and sleeping 4 guests. The second wing has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with one 6-foot bed, ideal for adults or a couple who want a quiet corner of their own.
The fourth room is in the attic with two 5-foot beds, a room older kids or a small group of friends tend to love because it feels like their own secret hideaway.
The house pool, and keeping the volume down at 22:00
The house is 4.2 km from the sea, so the trip mostly revolves around your own pool, which measures 4 × 7 meters, is 1.5 meters deep and comes with 3 life jackets.
Music is allowed by the pool until 22:00, after which you can move the party inside and keep eating in the house, and the YouTube karaoke is ready for singing in the early evening.
A kitchen ready for big group meals
The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar, a blender, a microwave, a steamer and an ice bucket, so cooking for a dozen or more people is easy.
If you run out, the house sells charcoal at 30 baht per bag and large bags of ice at 40 baht per bag, delivered to the house so you don't have to drive out to buy them.
Around the house and getting there
The nearest shops are about 860–880 meters away, including the 7-Eleven Sukhumvit Bang Saray branch, Lotus's Go Fresh Chumphon Thahan Ruea and a grilled banana shop called Ling Ko, a distance that is easier to drive than walk.
There is parking for up to 4 cars in front of the house; if you are coming with more cars than that, let the owner know first. The house will provide the full address after the booking is confirmed.
