AB4 hosts groups of 10–12 guests opposite Bang Saray Beach, 2.9 km from the sea. Its three bathrooms are spread across a bedroom, the living room and the poolside, and a gas station, restaurants and a 7-Eleven are all about 600 meters away.

Step out of the pool without dripping through the house

A handy feature of AB4 is the poolside bathroom, where you can rinse off right away without walking through the living room. The pool measures 3 × 8 meters and is 1.4 meters deep.

For children, the house provides 3 kids' life jackets, so parents don't have to bring their own.

Three bedrooms and an attic room

The house has 3 bedrooms plus 1 attic room, with three 6-foot beds and three 5-foot beds in total, just right for a group of a dozen or so who don't want to be cramped.

There are bathrooms in three places: 1 en-suite bathroom, 1 bathroom by the living room and 1 bathroom by the pool, and towels are provided for every guest.

Singing at the house, within the hours the house sets

The living room has YouTube karaoke and the kitchen is fully equipped, so you can cook dinner yourselves and then keep singing.

Loud noise is allowed until 22:00, by the pool as well, after which you should move inside to keep eating, and this house does not accept party groups.

An ATM is about 580 meters away, a PTT gas station about 590 meters, Jasmine Restaurant about 610 meters, a 7-Eleven about 610 meters and Lotus's Go Fresh Bang Saray about 660 meters, while the Bang Saray Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospital is about 840 meters away.

Cars can park in front of the house, up to 4 of them; if you have more, you must let the owner know first.
